A refined and superior holiday apartment in the Mariannenheim lake house, featuring a small conservatory and patio giving onto a green meadow and with a comfortable living area directly overlooking the lake and separate bedroom. A very special place on the lakeshore.
The lake house features a holiday apartment with private entrance on the ground floor. It is 300 meters (a 5-minute walk) away from the main building, in a unique position, directly accessing the lake with its own boot house and seating on the landing jetty and, of course, you are always welcome to use the facilities and services provided at the main building. Our guests have affectionately given it the name of the “Gingerbread House”.
Amenities: SAT-TV, Internet, safe, bed/table/kitchen linens, kitchen unit, table and cooking ware, electric hob, extractor fan, fridge, coffeemaker, kettle, balcony furniture and clothes stands; it also features a modern, well-outfitted bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, bathroom towels and shelves
Infant and toddler items are available on request: cots, highchairs, audio baby monitors, baby baths and changing mats
